2025 Soccerfest Information PDFs
The schedule is considered final unless there are errors or very easy changes, since most changes involve multiple games. Please let us know if there are questions.
There are a few changes to note — the first one fairly major.
Field JDF1 is closed due to field conditions. Most JDF1 games are moved to Belmont; Friday 7:45 PM is moved to Lellum.
Some fields are shuffled to correct errors [back to back games] and to share the grass time better. Only a few game times are changed. Please check yours.
A few teams have updated their uniform colours. Please double check and contact the other team ahead of time to sort out any issues.
We are looking forward to seeing you all for the biggest and best Soccerfest ever.

If you are a SVICSA player and want to spare for a Soccerfest Team let your Team manager know and they can put you on the spare board. They will have access to a spreadsheet with all players listed from the signed waivers.
February, 2025 Update from the Soccerfest Chair:
Registrations have closed and we have 56 teams coming to the Westshore for Soccerfest 2025. The MOST TEAMS EVER in the history of Soccerfest. This includes 12 women’s teams, also a first.
Even if you’re not a player, come on out to watch a game, have a beer and listen to a little music.
April 4, 5, and 6, 2025 will be here in no time!

January, 2025 Update from the Soccerfest Chair:
Only 4 days left to register for Soccerfest 2025.
We already have 47 teams registered, including TEN over 50s Women’s teams!
You’ll find some great hotel deals on this SVICSA website but book soon to get the best rooms.
Games are being scheduled from Friday, April 4 to Sunday, April 6. The official Opening Ceremony will be held at 12:45 pm on Saturday, April 5 at the HUB by the beer garden. Colwood Mayor Doug Kobayashi will be in attendance to officially open Soccerfest 2025, just before the music starts with “SOUL SHAKERS” from 1:00 to 5:00.
Everyone is welcome, even if you’re not a soccer player!

Chair Soccerfest 2025
November Update from the Soccerfest Chair:
Soccerfest 2025 is confirmed for April 4, 5, and 6, 2025 on the Westshore where we were in 2023.
The “HUB” will again be at the soccer fields behind the Juan de Fuca Rec Centre where we will have 3 grass fields and 1 turf field in operation plus additional fields in and around the Westshore.
There will be a 50+ WOMEN’S DIVISION this year playing 7-aside on half-fields at the HUB.
Registration is via webform (https://form.jotform.com/221245788128259), with a January 31st deadline. Additional tournament details (fees, divisions, etc.) can be found on the form.
Whether you have a game at Juan de Fuca or one of the other Westshore fields, you will want to get to the HUB for a beer at our beer garden running from 11:00 am on both Saturday and Sunday. The Hub will also be the site of our official opening ceremony at 12:45 pm on the Saturday where we will be welcomed to the Westshore City of Colwood by the Mayor, followed by the fantastic rhythm and blues band “SOUL SHAKERS” from 1:00 TO 5:00 pm.
On the Sunday, there will be a versatile DJ who can play any of your requests from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.

The Soul Shakers
The Soul Shakers are one of the most popular bands on Vancouver Island. Top-notch musicianship, stellar harmonies and high energy performances are a their trademark.
